Fees & Insurance
Fees: My rate is $220 for a 50-minute therapy session. I accept payment via credit card, HSA or FSA card, check, or cash.
Sliding Scale: I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments per week for clients facing economic hardship. If you are interested in working with me but are unable to pay my full rate, please reach out. I will determine if I'm able to accommodate you, and if not, I will be happy to provide referrals.
Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement from your insurance company. I will happily provide you a "superbill" to submit to your insurer upon request.
Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
